Delivery

Delivery Options

- Curtain-side articulated vehicles for sites with a forklift or suitable unloading equipment.
- Tail lift deliveries for smaller lifts and components where forklift facilities are not available.
- HIAB crane deliveries where lifts need to be safely offloaded directly onto the ground or into a specific position.

Preparing for Delivery
Vehicle lifts are heavy items, and it is important that suitable access is available for the delivery vehicle. We’ll advise you in advance of any site requirements, including vehicle access, unloading arrangements and space needed for the delivery.
If you’re unsure whether your site is suitable, simply send us a few photographs or give us a call. Our team will be happy to advise on the best delivery method.
Delivered with Care
Every lift is securely packaged before leaving our warehouse to minimise the risk of damage during transit. We only use transport companies experienced in handling large engineering equipment, giving you confidence that your investment will arrive in excellent condition.
If you’ve also booked our installation service, we’ll coordinate delivery with our installation schedule wherever possible, helping to keep your project running smoothly and avoiding unnecessary handling of the equipment.
Installation Services
At Lift Giant, we appreciate that purchasing a vehicle lift is a significant investment, and ensuring it is installed correctly is just as important as choosing the right lift.
Whilst we do not directly employ installation teams, we coordinate installations through our network of carefully selected independent installation partners. These experienced specialists have extensive knowledge of vehicle lifting equipment and work to the highest professional standards, allowing us to provide installation services throughout the UK.
From the moment your order is placed, we manage the process from start to finish. We coordinate delivery with your chosen installer, helping to ensure your lift is installed as efficiently as possible and minimising delays between delivery and commissioning.

Servicing & Aftercare
Unlike many suppliers, our relationship with customers continues long after installation.
Our own in-house service department provides scheduled maintenance, repairs and ongoing technical support to help keep your lift operating safely and reliably. We also supply genuine spare parts and can assist with troubleshooting should any issues arise during the life of your equipment.

Parking Lift Relocation Services
Moving premises or redesigning your garage doesn’t necessarily mean replacing your existing parking lift.
Lift Giant can help coordinate the safe relocation of many types of vehicle parking lifts. Whether you’re moving home, relocating your business, or reconfiguring your workshop, we can arrange for your lift to be professionally dismantled, transported and reinstalled at its new location.
Before any relocation takes place, we’ll assess the make, model and condition of your lift to determine its suitability for moving and advise on any replacement parts or servicing that may be recommended during the process.
Custom Colours
We have a close relationship with are suppliers and as such we have the option to have lifts produced to your specific requirements. For a small premium and additional lead time of approximately 14-16 weeks we can have your lift finished in your own chosen RAL colour.
For some products we can also also both a matt and gloss finish.
