Unlike some scissor lifts, there is no cross-stay running between the platforms, helping to provide clear access to the underside of the vehicle for servicing, maintenance and repair work. Assisted Fulcrum Lifting: The assisted fulcrum design gives the scissor mechanism additional leverage during the initial lift. This allows the hydraulic cylinders to begin extending before taking the full vehicle load.
No Compressed Air Required: The LGX40 features simple push-button operation and does not require a compressed air supply. The electro-mechanical locking system uses a sprung mechanical latch with a 24V lock-release solenoid, which automatically disengages when lowering the lift.
Locking Extension Ramps: The approach ramps can be locked into the horizontal position to extend the usable platform length, helping the lift accommodate longer-wheelbase vehicles.
